Third party services

We use certain third party services for the purpose of research, analytics, to improve your experience of using our site, and to improve our products and services. The third party providers (the Providers) may use cookies, social plugins, sharing buttons, and similar technologies on our site, and collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you (such as your IP address).

The information collected by the Providers may be stored at destinations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA. We do not control the use of the information collected by the Providers. If you have any concerns about the use of your information by any Provider, you should check their privacy policy.

We will periodically review the list of the Providers to ensure it is complete and up-to-date. However, we may use services of a new Provider before the list below is updated.

Web analytics and retargeting

Our site uses web analytics and retargeting services provided to us by Google Analytics and Visualsoft Limited. We use their services to collect and analyse data about your site activity. We do that to improve our site and your experience of using it, including using targeted product recommendations in the form of personalised banners on the site.

The Providers supplying those services use cookies, which are stored on your computer. You may determine whether cookies should be stored by activating the corresponding browser settings. However, if you choose to disable the cookies, the full functionality of our site may not be available to you.

Social plugins

We integrate into our site social plugins of Facebook, Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest. You may recognise their social buttons through the corresponding logos of the Providers. We do that to improve your interactive experience of using our site and allow you to react to, or share the content our site.

When you enter a site of our internet domain that contains such plugin, a connection between your browser and the server of the relevant Provider will be created. The relevant Provider receives and stores data (such as IP address and cookie ID) in order to facilitate that Provider to recognise which site has been visited. This happens regardless of whether you activate the plugin or not. Where you hold a personal account with a Provider and are logged into it, the data received by that Provider as a result of the connection may be assigned to that account.

The collection, storage and processing of data by a Provider is not within our control.

Content providers

We embed into our site the content provided by YouTube to enhance your experience of using our site. Because your browser needs to request the content from that Provider’s servers, it may set its own cookies on your computer and collect other information such as your IP address. If at the same time you are logged into your personal account with the Provider, the forwarded data may be assigned to the specific account.

The collection, storage and processing of data by the Provider is not within our control. If you do not wish for your information to be sent to and stored by the providers or linked to your personal account which you hold with the Provider, we recommend that you do not click on the video.
